Cara Sayer needs a right hand person to help her business grow. It's a full-time role based in Surrey. They need to be good at marketing, able to write strong copy, friendly and have a real 'can do' attitude.
 The job would be working with Cara, based in Walton on Thames, Surrey - which is 25 mins by train from Waterloo or Clapham Junction and it's a 6 min walk from there:
Travel doesn't have to be slap bang in rush hour and hours can be flexible but a part timer won't be suitable or a freelancer as Cara needs someone to be around at times when she is not and take some of the day-to-day marketing and other work from her...
Cara is looking for someone who is:
* very good at writing snappy and well written, primarily consumer in tone, copy
* good at generating creative and practical ideas to raise awareness of a brand
* interested in social media (ie if they don't do it now they'd be happy to learn)
* experienced in or has an understanding or empathy for parenting products/nursery industry - or any FMCG/consumer product
* experienced in brand building and preferably has experience of what you need to do to grow one
* able to create a marketing plan (with me) and then make it happen
* organised with an eye for detail
* proactive, sociable and friendly
* able to think on their toes and happy to muck in with a 'can do' attitude
* happy to experiment with new systems eg for email newsletters and has strong confident computer literacy skills
This could be someone in early days of a PR career, an ex journalist, a marketing all rounder, someone who's run their own business..

Claire Willis has been running Snugbaby since she set it up, literally from her dining table, in February 2008, a lot has happened in that time...
I have taken Snugbaby from a very basic idea to a real bona-fide, award-winnning business. In that time my home-life has changed a lot too my babies are now lit tle boys, both at school and having the time of their lives. It’s made me take stock of where I want to be in a few years time, and it’s because of this that I have reached a very difficult decision.
I am putting Snugbaby up for sale.
 This has not been an easy decision for me, I have been thinking of it for some time, and have decided that it’s time to allow someone else to have the opportunity to take Snugbaby to levels I simply can’t. I have reached a natural time for me to make a change (and am currently studying towards something new) but I know that Snugbaby can be so much more than it is now. I am just not the right person to achieve that.
Included in the sale will be the stock I am currently holding, plus all rights to the design including the BSEN certification, as well as website itself (and the associated domains) and all the image files. Also included are various display, packaging and marketing materials.

I have really loved growing Snugbaby, and whilst it pains me to be letting my third baby fly the nest, I feel it’s time for me to move on to new ventures. I hope someone can nurture Snugbaby with the same love that I have put into it for the last 3 and a half years.
