What are the key features of the products or services that your business offers:
Unique photo products, transforming your treasured pictures whether digital or hardcopy into other media such as canvases, books, calendars, cards, invitations etc

Why should customers and clients use your services?
Because I add the personal touch to this service and ensure the best results for your money.

When & how did you start up in business?
I started up my business about 4 weeks ago as a trial to see if it would be successful. the reason I decided to start my own business is because after giving up work a year ago because of illness i realised that I needed something to occupy my mind and because I cannot go back to work I decided to become my own boss doing something I enjoy doing

How did you decide what business to go into, and what was your motivation?
I really enjoy designing especially on my computer, I studied at college many moons ago as a window dresser but never really put my skills into use. I can now do that, motivation is not an issue as I love what I do.

What were the most challenging aspects to setting up?
Up to now I have not met with many challenges but it is still early days

What has been your biggest business achievement?
At present it is the possiblilty of a regular contract making a companies keyrings.

Have, or do you do anything out of the ordinary to benefit your business?
Not yet but I do have a few tricks up my sleeve as the business progresses.

What stage is your business at now & what are your plans for the future?
My business is at the very early stages, my plans for the future are to just see what fate brings as long as I am happy and my business runs well I have no plans to rule the world.

How do you manage to juggle your business with family life? Has it been challenging?
It is not really a challenge as most of the work my partner will be my second pair of eyes and he always gives me an honest opinion, I can do most of my work sitting on the couch whilst keeping an eye on my daughter so it doesn't really interfere.

Has online networking, specifically with other mums, benefited your business?
This is my first time online networking so I will let you know in the future!

What resources do you NOT have now that might make your life easier?
An imac, a larger printer and an office but these are all achievable within the next year

What advice would you give another mum considering starting her own business?
Do it.  Take the plunge if you start with nothing you can only end up the same but mostly you should be in a better position.
