what are the key features of the products or services that your business offers:
Pro breastfeeding t-shirts and accessories. Babywear and bits for mum.

Why should customers and clients use your services?
I only source items that i have used and loved for myself and my own baby.

When & how did you start up in business? 2007 signed up for a free e-store.

How did you decide what business to go into, and what was your motivation?
I realised how much money I was spending on other peoples websites and I bought some wonderful products for Llando and wanted to share them with others.

What were the most challenging aspects to setting up?
Cash flow for stock.

What has been your biggest business achievement?
Learning how to use the admin control panel for my store. I was completely overwhelmed when i first saw it!

Have, or do you do anything out of the ordinary to benefit your business?

What stage is your business at now & what are your plans for the future?
My business is still developing. I am steering it in a more ethical and environmental direction.

How do you manage to juggle your business with family life? Has it been challenging?
My children have been great, the older ones helping amuse the younger when i have emails to send. My sisters and mother have been incredibly supportive.

How has online networking, specifically with other mums, benefited your business?
Communicating with other mums on places like Mumsclub has been brilliant as there is so much I can learn from ladies that have been there done that. Some of these mums have bought from me too.

What advice would you give another mum considering starting her own business?
Try to find something that interests you , so that you enjoy your work. I only sell products i like. I can imagine if I were selling something i found boring or unethical I would have given it up a long time ago.
