Herbalife is an International company, currently open in 79 countries worldwide. As a leading nutrition company, our products can help people wishing to lose weight, gain weight or improve their overall health or sports performance. When you sign as an independent  distributor, you will be entitled to an initial 25% discount on all products you purchase, but as you business grows, and your orders increase this discount will rise until you reach the maximum of 50%.So just from your retail, you will receive a 25-50% profit margin on what you order. There is no minimum order requirement, YOU decide how much you wish to order. As your business grows, you may speak to other people who may also want a Herbalife Business, if you recruit them as part of your team, you will receive a 8-25% wholesale income on what your team members order, and in addition a possible 5% royalty income from your team orders too.

Work Description:

The majority of your time will be spent with customers. Most customers will find you for help losing weight. You will need to conduct a wellness evaluation (chatting about their current habits, and their expectations for weight loss in the future, you will need to advise them on the habits they will need to adopt in order to achieve a healthy active lifestyle), you will need to weigh and measure them, record the results, advise them on their product needs and undertake a sampling session. Most customers will want to see you weekly from 10-20 minutes appointment. These are usually conducted at your home, or on a home visit to them - whatever is easiest for you. You should aim to have 20-30 regular customers.

Average hours per week:

The amount of hours you work, will depend on the number of customers you have. But you can expect to work 3-5 hours a week initially, but the more you work the more success you have and the quicker your business will grow and establish itself.

Investment required:

In order to become a Herbalife Distributor, you will need to purchase an IBP (International Business Pack). This pack includes £80 worth of products for you to use, and literature needed to get you started. Most importantly is you ID number - Herbalife need this to identify you individually.

Ongoing Financial Commitment:

There is no need to have ANY additional financial expenditure. If you want to purchase business cards or professional flyers to advertise your business - GREAT, but there is no need to. Some self-made posters or flyers will do. We are great believers that there is no need to spend money to do well at this business - you just need to do 3 things - USE the products (so you can telll customers how you felt when you used them - i.e. to get a great product result), WEAR the badge (which is in the IBP), and TALK to everyone you know and meet about the great Herbalife products and what they can do for you.

Earning Potential:

What you earn, is solely down to how hard you work, and the great customer service you give, so you get referrals and more customers! If you have 10 customers you can expect to make £300-£500 per month, based on each customer spending an average £100 per month, and you earning a 42% discount - if you have 20+ customers, you may earn a minimum of £1000 per month (50% discount). This is just retail income - and does not include the potential earnings you could make when you start building your own team.

Experience Required:

 No experience is needed as full training is provided online, through one-one and online webinars and presentations. Throughout the country there are also local meetings, and national quarterly weekends and international annual extravaganzas.

Storage Required:

There is no requirement to hold stock at home - you can order online and have the products shipped directly to your clients, though you may wish to hold some stock for your own use.
