  • Taking prints and moulds of your customers children
  • Helping to create ever-lasting Keepsakes that your Customers will cherish forever!

Average hours per week:

This opportunity is ideally suited to Mothers who wish to work part-time but want to realise their full earning potential.  There are no high start-up costs or sales targets, so no pressure! You can work part-time or full-time to suit your own commitments, ambitions and desires.

Investment required:

The Keepsake Co offer a flexible joining structure with a range of low-cost start-up options, designed particularly to appeal to Mothers wishing to return to work.  There are no franchise fees, sales royalties or territory restrictions – simply a series of training and support services, which allow you the freedom to build your business at your own pace and around the demands of your family:

  • Keepsake Consultant - £495 + VAT

Keepsake Consultants are taught to take the prints and moulds for our growing collection of Keepsakes.  These can be promoted at Baby Groups, Nursery Schools, Children’s Play Centres, and Crèches or at Keepsake Parties.

Keepsake Consultants earn a healthy commission on their sales with all production work sent to a qualified Senior or Master Keepsake Consultant.

  • Senior Keepsake Consultant:  £995 + VAT

After attending the initial Keepsake Consultants Course, Consultants can upgrade to become a Senior or Master Keepsake Consultant at any stage, by learning to specialise in one or several areas of production. Choose to attend either, our Clay Impressions, 3D Casting, Raised Impressions or Silver Jewellery production courses.  Alternatively, select any combination of these courses to add multiple revenue streams to your Keepsake Co business.

  • Master Keepsake Consultant:  £5470 + VAT

If you have a higher level of investment available and are serious about developing a profitable home-based production business, you can join us as a Master Keepsake Consultant, by completing our full suite of courses.

As a Master Keepsake Consultant you will be licensed to produce our full collection of Keepsakes and will be eligible to recruit your own team of Keepsake Consultants, who will operate as your sales agents, feeding you with regular sales and production work.

You can also start to develop a residual income through recruitment bonuses and mentoring fees, paid for every Consultant whom you recruit into your team.

Earning Potential:

This is very much dependant upon the individual Consultant and how many hours they wish to put in.  However, this is not a ‘hobby’ business. Consultants can earn a good salary even if they only work part time, so long as they have put their best efforts into marketing their business.

Income will also vary depending upon the level you join at and how many courses you have completed. For instance, a Senior Keepsake Consultant trained in several areas of production will earn significantly more than a Keepsake Consultant who is purely involved in taking the prints and moulds for a commission.

We will be happy to provide further information on the various commissions and profits associated with producing our range of Keepsakes upon request.

On-going Financial Commitment:

There are no Franchise Fees, Sales Royalties or Management Fees, simply a small License & Support Fee, starting from £25 per month + VAT, depending upon the level that you join at!

Experience Required:

The Keepsake Co is looking for friendly and confident people who are at ease working with babies and young children.  Consultants must be well organised, motivated and determined!

Car Required:

Yes!

Storage Required:

Most Consultants are operating this as a table-top business from their kitchen.  However, you will proably need a few shelves within your house or perhaps a shed or garage devoted to storing your raw materials. This will be more important for Senior or Master Keepsake Consultants, trained in producing the various Keepsakes.

Senior or Master Keepsake Consultants trained in Clay Impressions, will idealy require a Garage, Shed our outside Workshop in which to house a small Kiln and supply of Clay.

Victoria Davey
Senior Keepsake Consultant, Swindon, Wiltshire.

After having my little girl Isabella, I decided that I did not want to go back to work full-time and I started searching for something more fulfilling which I could fit in around my family.

Ideally I wanted something fun and creative, which would also be profitable and flexible, so that I could spend more time with my little girl.

After much searching, I discovered The Keepsake Co and immediately realised the benefits in joining.  They offer a fantastic opportunity for women that want to start out in business, which is both affordable and flexible.

I joined initially as a Keepsake Consultant and attended a course to learn how to take the various prints and moulds.  I was so inspired - I couldn’t wait to get involved in the production myself and have since qualified as a Senior Keepsake Consultant licensed in Fingerprint Jewellery and Clay Impression production. I’m also planning to attend additional courses in the near future.

How often do you work?
It can vary each week. The majority of the time it tends to be a couple of hours per day.  That is the benefit of the Keepsake Co. you can fit your work around your family life. I have a little girl therefore I needed a job that was flexible enough to fit around her. This works perfectly! I can do as little or as much as I want!

Do you put in any extra time?
I am so passionate about succeeding with my business I do tend to put in extra time. I find it easy to do so, as I am a very creative person and love what I’m doing.  It doesn't seem like work at all!

Idea of realistic earnings?
I joined the Keepsake co around 10 months ago as a Keepsake Consultant.  I attended my first Production Course (Precious Prints) 6 months ago and since then have made £6000 working, part-time, just a few hours per day.  Now I am established I am looking to at least double this in year 2.

How do you view Training & Support?
The training and support I have received has been excellent, especially since the launch of the online support desk. Your queries are always answered within 24 hours.  The training courses are packed with information and techniques and are really hands on.  I came away from each course feeling really excited and couldn't wait to put my new skills into practice!

What are your ongoing costs?
Materials, advertising and marketing, this can range from a one off advert in a magazine to a monthly cost i.e.  Advertising Board in a Soft Play Centre.

Where do you work and do you need a car?
I have a studio at home.  I would say a car is definitely vital as you need transport to take samples to fairs and for getting to customers houses for party bookings.

Do you advertise?
I have an ongoing advert on a large board in a Soft Play Centre.  I also advertise in libraries, shops and magazines.

Do you need space for stock?
I keep my stock in my studio and garage.

Are there any downsides to the job?
Because of the support I have received from the Keepsake Co, I don't feel as though there are any downsides at present, I am loving what I am doing!

Would you recommend joining The Keepsake Co?
I would definitely recommend joining the Keepsake Co! They offer a fantastic opportunity for women who want to start their own business.  It's affordable and what's more you can work at your own pace to fit around your family life!!
