Hi, I'm Angela, founder of Love Silver jewellery. I work from my home in Cheshire where I live with my 4 children and husband. I specialise in creating beautiful, 99.9% pure silver charms that capture fingerprints and create timeless, individual keepsakes of the ones you love. Each fingerprint item is custom made and the jewellery is imprinted, engraved, sanded, fired and finished by me by hand. Love Silver jewellery make great personalised gifts for all the family on all occasions .I sell through friends, schools, charities, home parties and word of mouth as well as having a website. I have recently been joined by two agents in North and South Manchester, ( other mums, who are looking for that work life balance), and am now looking to recruit other agents from across the UK.

Work Description:

The role of a Love Silver Agent is basically to advertise, arrange and attend home parties, school and wedding fairs, playgroups ,charity events ...(the list goes on) and sell Love Silver Jewellery and take the castings of the fingerprints. You then send the orders to me on a weekly basis and I then distribute them direct to the client via Royal Mail. You are self - employed with your own home business. You choose when, where and how to work.

Average hours per week:

You can work as little or as often as you would like. You earn commission on every piece you sell.

Investment required:

The basic kit costs 95GBP and contains 5 pieces of the most popular pieces of jewellery, 100 leaflets with your contact details, a code for any web sales you may generate, moulding putty and kits for taking the fingerprints and a pack of administration paper work containing order forms, headed paper etc. You also get a love silver email address. You can add to this pack at any time by buying additional sample products at a heavily discounted rate. At the moment a pack containing all 15 products costs 295GBP, although you can choose pieces individually to add to the basic starter pack.

Ongoing Financial Commitment:

Future leaflets will be charged at 35p each.Any advertising you may wish to do will be paid for by yourself. If you choose to attend wedding and craft fayres there is usually a charge for the table. You have the option to buy any new products which may be developed in the future.

Earning Potential:

You earn between 15% and 20% on every piece you sell.The average customer to date has spent 75GBP, so if you did a home party with 6 people attending, and generated sales of 450GBP you could potentially earn 90GBP for a couple of hours work.

Experience Required:

None really, but you have to be quite confident and hardworking, enjoy meeting people and be good with children. A computer is essential .

Training & Support:

The starter kit is really quite easy and you should be up and running straight away. I am however, always at the end of a phone or computer to answer any questions and you are always welcome to visit me to go through anything you should want

Storage Required:

All your products fit in a small box and you will need a file for the paperwork
