 Mumpreneur Conference & Awards 2009
We are pleased to announce the inaugural Mumpreneur conference and awards 2009, an event that will recognise the achievements of our nation’s Mumpreneurs and inspire more women into business.
This unique occasion will officially open National Business mum week.
The conference will have guest speakers holding workshops aimed at providing business tips to get both new businesses started and to provide essential ‘back to basics’ to ensure growing businesses keep on track. There will be a small business exhibition with products and services on offer for attendees to take advantage of.
There will be plenty of networking opportunities and the end of the day will see the awards ceremony where mum owned businesses will be awarded for their efforts and successes.
The awards are split into 6 categories: Best Start Up – Best Green Business - Best Direct Sales Representative - Best Franchisee - Best Online Business – Most Inspirational Business Mum
This is your opportunity to either nominate yourself, or nominate another who you feel is deserving of recognition for their efforts and achievements whilst managing their role as a mum.
Whether you are sharing your own story of achievement or want to highlight another’s, we will use your stories to inspire and encourage other women. As well as being inspiration to other women, this is a wonderful opportunity for you to be recognised for your own work so far.

Deadline for entries is the 31st August, and the winners will be announced on the 3rd October at the mumpreneur conference 2009.
