If no comments are made within 14 days of the release being emailed, it will be assumed the release has been accepted without amendments. Check and Send The Check and Send service offers editing and review of a press release drafted by the client, which is then distributed to selected contacts from our extensive database. The editing and review service includes up to one rewrite following receipt of a draft edited release, and if no comments are received with seven days of the email containing the release being received by the client, it will be assumed the release is suitable, and it will be distributed. The reviewed and edited release is likely to be of similar length to the original; a two line release will not be edited into a 400 word document. Distribution will be to the most suitable contacts from our database, given the nature of the business and the specific subject matter of the press release. Exact number of media outlets and contacts contacted will fluctuate depending on these factors, but in all situations the number will not be less than 20. Purchase of five or more Check and Send releases entitles the client to a free personalised press release written to their individual requirements. Check and Send releases can be bought as a block of five using the buy now button or by invoice, or can be purchased piecemeal. The free press release will become available once the fifth Check and Send release has been paid for. Clients are only entitled to one free press release per twelve month period. The Full Monty This service incorporates drafting and distribution of a press release.
