Glorious Chocolate Fudge Pudding

Ingredients 175g/6oz self-raising flour 135g/4½oz caster sugar 50g/2oz cocoa powder 50g/2oz butter, melted 125ml/4fl oz milk 175g/6oz soft brown sugar 415ml/14fl oz hot water
Method 1. Mix together the flour, caster sugar and half the cocoa. 2. Pour the melted butter into the milk, then blend with the dry ingredients. 3. Pour/place the mixture into a greased and lined 22.5cm/9in square tin. 4. Mix the remaining cocoa into the brown sugar and sprinkle over the top. Pour over the hot water and bake in the oven at 190C/375F/Gas 5, for 35 minutes. 5. While still hot, cut into squares, invert each on to a serving dish and spoon over the sauce left in the tin. 6. Sit back enjoy and hide the rest from the rest of the family!
